Kurzbeschreibung: This International Joint Bioethics Congress is intended to be a platform to discuss various issues of bioethics in an inter-cultural manner by bringing together leading international scientists, clinicians, theologians, philosophers and legal scholars at a conference in Sanliurfa, Turkey. It is the Sixth Asian Bioethics Conference, and already a wide range of scholars from all corners of the globe, not only Europe, Asia and the Pacific, have indicated they will join. Topics to be covered include Environmental Ethics, Global Bioethics, Community Engagement in Bioethics, Bioethics Education, Ethics as A Major Element in Culture, Bioethics in Multicultural Societies, Value Exchanges Within and Between Cultures, International Ethical Codes, End-of-Life Issues in Different Cultures, Ethical Issues at the Beginning of Life in Different Cultures, Bioethics and Faith Traditions, and History of Bioethics.
