Kurzbeschreibung: Hosted by EPFL, with support from EuroStemCell, CHUV and Unil, this international conference will bring together leading scientists, clinicians, ethicists and legislators to discuss the forefront topics in stem cell research.

Programme highlights include sessions on embryonic and tissue stem cells, molecular regulation of stem cell fates, stem cells in development and degenerative diseases, as well as plenary lectures from Chris Potten, Shin-Ichi Nishikawa and Janet Rossant. Jonas Frisén's EMBO Lecture concludes the meeting.
