- Human ES stem cells (Evry). This part will be devoted to culture, phenotypic characterization and protocols of differentiation of human ES stem cells. The different techniques will include culture on feeder layers, embryoid body formation, immunofluorescence and quantitative RT-PCR of stem cells markers.
- Adult mesenchymal stem cells (Montpellier): this part will allow learning culture of mesenchymal stem cells sorted from human and murine bone marrow or from adipose tissue. Phenotypic characterization and chondral, bone and adipocyte differentiation (Montpellier/Toulouse).
