Kurzbeschreibung: At the 7th Global Summit of National Bioethics Advisory Bodies in Paris in September 2008, it was decided that the 8th Global Summit of National Bioethics Advisory Bodies will be held in Singapore from 26 – 27 July 2010, in conjunction with the 10th World Congress of Bioethics.

The BAC, together with the Ministry of Health, Singapore, will be hosting this biennial event, which started in 1996 as an initiative of the U.S. National Bioethics Advisory Commission and the French Comité Consultatif National d'Ethique. The Ethics and Health Team at World Health Organization provides the permanent secretariat for the Global Summit.
