Kurzbeschreibung: This lecture provides a brief overview of the capabilities ans limitations of current neurotechnologies that are being regarded for such application(s), adresses these limitations as a fundamental consideration for assessing technically apt use, and examines neuroethical issues arising in and from such employment of neuroS/T, toward proposing guidelines and policies to 1) ensure technical rectitude and ethico-legal probity, and 2) mitigate misuse.
