Kurzbeschreibung: From the fundamentals of ethical thinking and law to some of the most complex healthcare decisions being made this 2-day symposium takes you into the heart of one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals.

Understand how the GOSH-Bioethics Teamwork with children, families and medical, surgical and research teams to determine together what is in a child’s best interests; whether this involves high-risk surgery, medications with little evidence or the use of very speculative life-sustaining therapies.
