Tissue Engineering is an emerging research discipline, which aims to utilize the principles of biology and engineering to develop functional tissue substitutes. This relatively new scientific field is poised to bring the practice of medicine into a regenerative phase, with the recovery of form, structure and function of tissues and organs.
At the International Conference "Strategies in Tissue Engineering'' leading scientists from all over the world will discuss the latest developments in Tissue Engineering, including identifying and optimizing the usage of stem cells, fabricating of ideal scaffolds, developing functionality post-implantation, utilizing engineered tissues for the delivery of genes and gene products, establishing relevant experimental models, and developing off-the-shelf products.
We are looking forward to a broad-based meeting and abstracts are welcome to all scientific topics related to advances in Tissue Engineering.
