Kurzbeschreibung: After Maui (2001), Washington D.C. (2002) and S. Francisco (2003), the 2004 IEEE Conference on Nanotechnology will be hosted in Munich, Germany. The focus of the conference will be on the engineering aspects of nanotechnology, from nanostructure modelling and fabrication to nanosystems design and realization. Main topics will be:

● Nanophotonics, Nanooptics

● Nanosensors, NEMS

● Nanomaterials

● Carbon Nanotubes

● Nanofabrication, Nanolithography

● Nanorobotics, Nanomanufacturing

● Nanocircuits, Nanosystems

● Nanostructures, Nanoprobes

● Nanobiosystems

Tutorials will be offered on Aug. 16. The Conference (Aug. 17-19) will include plenary, invited and contributed papers (oral and poster). Exhibits will held throughout the Conference.
