Kurzbeschreibung: The 16th Annual Canadian Bioethics Society Conference will focus on ethical issues in home care. Plenary speakers include Alistair Campbell, Donald Evans, Alister Browne and Preston Manning. Speakers, break-out sessions, workshops and posters will develop this conference theme. This will include works addressing issues facing immigrant groups, discharge planning, wait-lists, the impact of location on decision-making, handling of outbreaks (SARS/quarantine), palliative care, organ/tissue donation and resource allocation.
