Kurzbeschreibung: This Symposium aims at bringing together scholars to discuss the ethical and legal issues of genetic data collections. In order to allow junior scientists to take an active part to this Symposium, the Brocher Foundation decided to introduce the speeches of two junior researchers, with a doctoral or a few year post-doctoral experience to the symposium.

Thus, after the first introductive session, there will be two sessions including two speeches of key senior speakers and one of a junior researcher.

Those junior scientists who would like to present papers at one of the two last sessions of the Symposium are invited to submit an abstract addressing the topic of one of the two last sessions.

All transports and accommodation cost for this Symposium will be covered by the Foundation for those whose papers will be selected. An honorarium of 1500 Euros will also be attributed.
